With a degree in human kinetics as well as years of personal training experience, Semir took a passion project in his garage and turned it into the fitness studio we know today as the proving grounds. With a genuine care for his clients, he does his utmost to ensure that nobody leaves his facility feeling as if they’re just another number, but rather, a part of the T.P.G. Family.
Although he is a firm believer in the principles of exercising consistently and maintaining a well-balanced diet, Semir holds one’s mentality above all else when considering what it takes to reach one’s fitness goals. Due to this, the meaning behind the name the proving grounds is that this gym is a place where all are welcome to show up and put in dedicated efforts, and by doing so, will be rewarded with the results that they are striving for because they proved to themselves and to their bodies how badly they truly want their goals to come to fruition.
